Unibets Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guide

1 General Terms

Unibets (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online betting service provider offering cricket, football, and a range of Sports Betting and gaming options to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the Unibets website or any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team before you start using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali version and any translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Management

An active account is required to use Unibets services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Creation Rules

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and email address during registration.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. You must not share your password with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to Unibets immediately.

Account Verification

After registration, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Unibets services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of adulthood in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of your country.

Unibets may request additional documents for age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

4 Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on Unibets:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Unibets reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is refunded.

Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Maximum bet limits may vary by sport and match.
• Unibets reserves the right to adjust bet limits on specific markets or events.

Odds Changes

Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In live betting, real-time odds fluctuations are normal — each bet is settled at the odds valid at the moment it is confirmed.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Accepted payments: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and approved cards.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Your first withdrawal may require additional verification steps.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on Unibets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a foreign currency is involved, applicable conversion rates will apply.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Each offer may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• You cannot have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonuses apply only after placing bets with real money.

Welcome Bonus

7 Security & KYC Verification

Unibets follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to prevent financial crime and protect our players.

Required Documents

• Identity Verification: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Address Verification: Bank statement or utility bill (within the last 3 months).
• Payment verification: screenshot or document of the payment method used.

Unibets may request additional documents at any time. Failure to provide them within 72 hours may result in temporary account restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

Unibets believes betting is purely a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Take a Break: A cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days is available whenever you need one.

9 Account Closure Policy

Closed by Member

Any member may close their account voluntarily. All pending withdrawals should be completed before doing so. Account closure requests must be submitted to support.

Closed by Unibets

Unibets reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to meet age or eligibility requirements.

10 Changes to Terms & Notification

Unibets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified prior to any significant changes.

• You will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms will always be shown at the top of the page. If you wish to keep a copy of an earlier version, please print or save it.
